SMART GOALS
Above, I mentioned “Smart Goals.” If you don’t know what that is, here’s a quick refresher to help achieve your goals.
SMART is an acronym that you can use to guide your goal setting.
Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
Achievable (agreed, attainable).
Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).
Make sure to include “smart” to each goal you list, so that your goals can be clear and achievable.
