Tips to Drink More Water

Awhile back, I got a little dehydrated, and that scared me, so here are some tips that I've learned to help drink more (stay hydrated).

  1. Get Fancy! Buy yourself a fun water bottle!

  2. Take a water bottle everywhere you go!

  3. Drink water at the temp you like…

  4. Spice it up & infuse your water!

  5. Drink one cup of water after to the bathroom.

  6. Eat produce sources for hydration.

  7. Set hourly reminders on your phone or smartwatch to help you drink more water.

  8. Get an app to help track your water intake. (App search: “drink water reminder”)

  9. Go to bed and wake up with water.

  10. For every beverage that’s not water drink 2 cups of water. (I still need to try this one).

  11. Use a reusable straw.

  12. Drink a glass or cup of water before your meals.

  13. Buy a hug water bottle to help drink your daily amount of water.
